Jennifer Brizzi is a writer and editor specializing in cooking, eating and travel. She writes for publications such as Edible Hudson Valley and has been a food columnist for a variety of newspapers since 1997. For the past nine years she has penned a food column for Ulster Publishing’s several weekly newspapers in New York’s Hudson Valley. Currently it appears in Almanac Weekly, their arts supplement. Brizzi was previously editor of Global Writes, the quarterly online magazine of the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association.
